KHATTAH Terms and Conditions and Participation Rules
1. Testing scope
KHATTAH is a testing platform for membership, packages, invitations, contribution records, and rewards. Payments and rewards currently displayed are test records. Do not send real money, enter payment card details, or treat a displayed balance as a payable financial entitlement. Participation and rewards are not income promises or guarantees of return.
2. Account and password
Provide accurate details, read and agree to the terms when registering, and verify your email using the code sent to it. Use only your own account and protect your sign-in details and verification codes. The current registration password minimum is 8 characters. Uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols are allowed, but no specific combination is required. A long, unique password is recommended.
3. Packages and purchase records
Review the contribution amount, currency, required positions, and reward settings before sandbox payment. A member may have more than one configured package or purchase record. Each purchase keeps its own payment and association records; different contribution amounts or currencies cannot be mixed within the same package. Saved package settings govern that purchase record, and later configuration changes do not rewrite its saved historical values.
4. Requesting and sending invitations
A signed-in member can request an invitation from an eligible Member ID with available positions without paying first. You cannot request an invitation from yourself. The system creates the invitation and emails the requester's registered address automatically; the package owner does not manually accept every new request. Different members can request invitations from the same Member ID.
A member cannot create a duplicate active request for the same circle. Use the existing invitation under Your requests and Retry email when needed. After a successful send, wait one minute before resending. The account claiming an invitation must match its recipient email. To offer invitations from your own package, its contribution must be paid and its eligibility rules satisfied.
5. Payment qualification and available positions
Registration, requests, sent invitations, and acceptance do not prove payment or reserve a position. Available positions decrease only when a confirmed paid contribution qualifies against the correct member, package, and invitation. Opening a success page or repeating a notification does not prove payment. The amount and currency must match the package settings.
The current invitation circle uses five qualified positions. Unpaid requests remain in requests; paid qualification appears in activity. Replaying the same payment confirmation does not add a position or reward. The same Member ID may appear in another row for a distinct qualifying purchase, with its own purchase links and payment records.
6. Circle completion and rewards
A circle completes when its required positions are qualified. Surplus invitations cannot qualify after completion, and requesting an invitation does not guarantee a position. The reward is created under the saved package settings and applicable reward percentage. Creating a reward or displaying it as available does not mean it has been paid out. Repeating a confirmation does not create an additional reward.
7. Reward payouts
Reward payout is separate from contribution payment and circle completion. Authorized staff review payouts within their permissions. A live payout provider is not connected; initiating payout may place it under review and does not send money. A reward must not be treated as paid without separate valid confirmation. Adding an alternative payout reference does not execute a payout.
8. Privacy use and updates
Use invitations responsibly, avoid unwanted messages, and do not attempt to access other accounts. Member IDs appear in opportunities and activity; email addresses and phone numbers are not public participant labels. Authorized staff may restrict misuse while keeping audit records. Read the Privacy Notice.
Testing features and documents may change. This page carries a version number and earlier versions are retained for reference. New registrations require agreement to the Terms displayed at registration. Existing members do not need to tick an agreement box when signing in. Stored acceptance records retain the version accepted at registration. Report status or linkage errors through the contact page, and read the Member Guide for practical steps.
